hello! wondering if there's a way we can limit the amount of options given for an assigned app, the one in the screenshot is Google Workspace -- we only use one of these assignments and would prefer to be able to set a default for ease of onboarding

Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!
I have done some research and unfortunately I wasn’t able to find a way to limit the options showed for licenses on the assignment tab because those options are shown based on what information the application (Google Workspace in this case) is sending towards Okta through APIs.
If you would like to see such functionality, I would recommend to submit a feature request. The best way to file feature requests would be from the community site.
Once feature requests are submitted they are visible to other Okta admins, who can vote on them to provide more visibility. Using this method will allow you to maintain visibility on your feature requests throughout the process.
