    Hi Daniel Trigo ,

    If you are not getting the option to download Okta Access Gateway through your admin console , then this feature is not enabled for your tenant. You can raise a support ticket with Okta to enable this feature.

    Really, I'm not having the option to download anything about Access Gateway, on that page shown below:

    Where can I raise a support ticket to enable this feature?

     

    I'm new to using Okta, so apologize me for questions that may seem obvious.

    Hi Daniel Trigo ,

     

    Please follow the below steps to open a case :

    1. Log into your admin account.
    2. In the top-right corner, click Help Center.
    3. Click on the profile Icon, from the dropdown select My Cases
      Image is not available
    4. From the right corner click Open a Case.
    5. Provide the necessary information
    6. Then Click Open Case
