So I have an email address that is on Google, but Only Google. I go to login to that email address and google redirects me to Okta’s login page although that email address does not exist on my Okta platform. The email address is a support email address and I don’t want to assign it a Okta license because it would be useless, I just want to be able to log back into the account through Google, does anyone know how to fix this? I have tried several things over the span of a few hours and yet it is still not fixed.

Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!
The behaviour that you are seeing is expected if you have Google configured with Okta through SAML, because once this configuration is done, all authentications on that specific Google domain will re-direct to Okta for login.
However, if a Google Workspace user is assigned the Super Administrator role, it will be able to by-pass SSO and log in directly to https://admin.google.com.
