Our company was purchased and we are migrating applications from our legacy Okta platform to the parent company's Okta platform. Has anyone managed this with O365? Do I just need to unfederate from the legacy side and federate on the parent side?

Hello @2cex0 (2cex0) Thank you for reaching out to our community.
You can un-federate the Office 365 application by switching from WS-Fed to SWA or you can just simply re-federate the application on the Parent side without doing any chances on the legacy side. We would advise that you do this switch during week-end hours to minimize the down time of the application.
