So I have been trying to find an app that takes all of my emails. I have 4 emails in total with their own purpose, but the one email I have with Okta that happens to be my school email simply doesn't want to work when adding it. I have tried it on the Gmail app, Bluemail, mailbird refuses on desktop. Not sure how I am supposed to fix this.

This could be because your Organisation is blocking SMTP, POP or IMAP or desktop apps hence when you are trying to use your account tied to Okta it does not allow you.
