Issue after the 1st person successfully authenticates using Toll Free Number and their unique desk extension. The second and any other consecutive user that tries to use this feature receive an “Invalid Phone Number” message even though it’s the same Toll Free Number but a different unique phone extension. This was successfully tested back in November 2021.

Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!
I would recommend to try and capture a trace when replicating the behaviour to see if there are any other errors appearing that might indicate where the root cause of the issue is.
Additionally, I would advise to check the system logs, to verify if an error was reported there.
