    Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!

     

    I have managed to find the bellow article about Voice Call Authentication but from what I could find, this is a feature for MFA therefore the user will still have to insert his credentials before using the Voice Call Authentication functionality:

     

    Additionally, the functionality to use your voice to authenticate in Okta, it's still not available from what I managed to find therefore I would suggest to submit a feature request or to vote for request already made by another customer. The best way to file feature requests would be from the community site.

     

    Once feature requests are submitted they are visible to other Okta admins, who can vote on them to provide more visibility. Using this method will allow you to maintain visibility on your feature requests throughout the process.
