We would like to create a custom role for our IT Support team, but we want them to be able to assist all users and groups. Is there a way we can do that?
From what I can tell, we need to use a resource set but that limits to 1000 resources, and we have 2000 users.

I missed that this is relatively easy for all users and all groups.
There's a checkbox to select when creating the resource set for all users and groups.
