Hi there,
I am writing a C* program using this SDK (https://github.com/okta/okta-auth-dotnet).
To set up multifactor authentication, I signed up an developer account but encountered some issues.
By contacting the Okta support, I was told that the developer account is automatically running on the Identity Engine once it is registered. Therefore, I cannot follow this documentation to activate the SMS Authentication factor (https://help.okta.com/en-us/Content/Topics/Security/mfa/sms.htm). There is no tab/option named Security >Multifactor in admin console, only Security > Authenticator.
My question is Is there any way to set or create the developer account in Classic Engine?

Hello @XiangyuL.14158 (Customer) Thank you for reacting out to our Community!
Unfortunately all new tenants that are created will be made automatically OIE and there is now way to convert it back to Classic. However all feature that are available in Classic are available in OIE as well. Please see our doc for SMS for OIE
