I am having issue with new users signing into Outlook app with Okta. After entering Okta credential, it will just sign into Gmail inbox in this window. The window appear to be IE. Issue happen on Windows 10 & 11.

I would recommend to try and capture a Fiddler trace while replicating the behaviour to check from where the redirectURL is coming from or to identify why the users are being re-directed to their inbox after the authentication, in case there is no redirectURL configured for this integration. Also, if this only happens to new users, I would recommend to check the differences between a user that does not have this issue and one that does.
