User is not getting deprovisioned from Okta for calendly application

User is not getting deprovisioned from Okta for calendly application.

We are getting this error for a single user and the error statement is :

"Error while deactivating user : Not Found. Errors reported by remote server: User does not exist."

Tried "Re-Try " method also m but that did not help

    Hello @j9i83 (j9i83)​ Thank you for reacting out to our Community!

     

    Usually this error happens if the user has been deleted from the app first or the External ID of the user is different from the one assigned in Okta. A miss-match between External ID happens if the user is deleted and recreated in the target application.

    If the above assumption is correct, the best way to fix this is to temporary disable deactivate users option and unassign and then reassign the users to the application, after that you can re-enable the Deactivate option again.
