The website seems to obscure the true login URL by bringing it up in a frame that requires a click to display, and I'm having a hard time getting any of the templates to work with it.

I have checked the site and unfortunately, since there is no dedicated URL for the login, there is not much we can work with here. At this time there is no template to create this type of application.
You can try to reach out to your AE/CSM and discuss if this app can be added to our Catalog.
