Hello, I'd like to know if it'd be possible to export a list of all applications & passwords linked to the apps in a csv or excel sheet?

I couldn't find a specific report that will list all applications and passwords but you might be able to list all applications through API calls and then export them to a CSV file:
I did not manage to find a way to export passwords linked to the apps, therefore I would suggest to submit a feature request for this functionality. The best way to file feature requests would be from the community site. I have outlined the steps below.
Once feature requests are submitted they are visible to other Okta admins, who can vote on them to provide more visibility. Using this method will allow you to maintain visibility on your feature requests throughout the process.
This Chrome extension has been a lifesaver for me. In general day-to-day usage, it generates csv reports with a variety of attributes of your choosing. Works for apps, users, etc.
