I recently had to change my phone from i11 to i12 pro. One of my school emails was attached to okta verification. After the data transfer my old phone was erased. I cannot access my email now as it asks for okta verification. Upon opening app, I could not find my account there and it keeps on asking for a qr scan. I don't know where to get that scan from. I tried to look everywhere. The authenticator website won't allow anything either because it again asks for okta verification. It's like going in loop. Please help
