Good Afternoon.
I'm not able to connect my corporate account on my cell phone. Returns "network error". It was working normally until last Friday and it stopped working and no longer connects.
What can be done to solve this problem?

I would firstly start by checking the system logs at the time the "network error" message appeared to see if there are any errors reported there or to see where the connection flow is stopping.
If nothing is being recorded in the system logs, I would try to capture a fiddler trace to find the root cause of the issue. I have provided bellow a documentation on how to capture this kind of trace:
Also, I would check to see if there were any configuration changes made since last Friday that might affect this connectivity.
