    Hi @GrahamH.52294 (Customer),

    Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!

    I have tried to reproduce the problem on my end but unfortunately I was not able to do so, therefore my advise would be to firstly check the system logs to see if any errors are captured there or to see where the authentication flows stops.

    Additionally, I would verify the agent logs to check for error messages that might indicate the root cause of the issue.

    I hope the above information is helpful!

    Hi Flaviu, we have checked all logs, and have a support case open with Support who are stumped and unable to help remediate the issue.

    We are also seeing this same issue.

    It's very specific that if we reset a users MFA Enrollment and then use the OSX RDP client it bypasses the Okta widget

    OktaCredential #SetDeselected

    OktaCredential #ReportResult: ntsStatus=0, ntsSubstatus=0

    OktaWidget being called with appUserName=First.Last@ourdomain.com

    OktaCredentialProvider #hideUiElementsAndDisplayMessageBox-> DisplayWidget

    Okta Widget Loading Succeeded displayWidgetResult=1

    Ok Button Pressed

    OktaCredential #UnAdvise

    OktaProvider #~OktaProvider-> Destructor

    OktaCredential #~OktaCredential-> Destructor

    Dll #DllMain reason= 0 hinstance=00007FF937F00000

    This is the logs we get, this bypasses the Okta widget 100% of the time
