j2gbl (j2gbl) asked a question.
A while ago, one of our devs created a SAML SSO integration that didn't get much use and has since been superseded. In the interim, the dev forgot his Okta login credentials and has since left my organisation.
Is there a way to take control and remove this Okta integration that my organisation no longer requires?
Any assistance with this is greatly appreciated!

Hi @j2gbl (j2gbl) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!
Sign in to your tenant with an Okta Admin account (ideally SuperAdmin) then go to the Okta Admin Dashboard→ Applications then search for the respective app in the list, open and there underneath the title you'll see a drop-down menu that should say "Active". From there, select "Deactivate".
Hope this helps!
Thanks @Mihai N. (Okta, Inc.)
I don't think we had an Okta tenant. I think the integration was created with a free trial account a few years ago. Is there a way to find out?
thanks
@j2gbl (j2gbl) , see if you can open a case . If not, call the support line (24/7) to have one of my colleagues assist you in finding the tenant and handling the matter. The Support numbers ar listed on the bottom right side of this page under "Get Support".
Good luck!
