Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!
My recommendation would be to reach out to one of your Okta administrators to investigate in case you receive any errors when trying to access Okta from your new mobile device. In case you cannot access Okta due to Okta MFA, an administrator from your company should reset your MFA in order to be able to enroll the new device.
