Custom SMS & Email template category
Hello there, I'd want to send an SMS notification when the email address changes. Is it feasible to create a custom SMS category? As far as I can tell, Okta just provides SMS template for OTP. Although there is an email template for this, may we have an SMS template as well?
Also, I noticed that Okta offers categories for emails such as activation, password, account unlock, and other. Can we create a new category for sending custom emails that don't fit into any of the above mentioned categories?

Okta currently does not have the mentioned features.
You can suggest them on the Okta Community page by going to the Community→ Ideas tab. Features suggested in our community are reviewed and can be voted and commented on by other members. High popularity will increase the likelihood of it being picked up by the Product Team and it being implemented.
