Is it possible to schedule full ad imports or are scheduled imports also incremental?
I read this from a post 3 years ago.
"Thank your posting your question on the Okta Community page. As my colleague stated, the AD Scheduled imports will always be incremental imports."

Yes, that is correct. Currently, the scheduled imports are incremental.
That being said, this has been previously requested by the community some time ago and we have an active feature request submission for it.
The Product team is reviewing the matter and there is a good chance that this will end up on the Roadmap.

Any update on the feature enhancement? We notice some items are missed in the incremental but are captured in the full import. Rather than go down that rabbit hole, I'd like to know the status of the enhancement feature or if there are any workarounds, like via Workflows, that can accomplish a full import?
