You Do Not Have Access to Create a Case

Me and all the administrators gets this error message while trying to open a case to Okta support.

 

 

It looks like you are authenticated as a 'Community Only User'. Please logout and login using your Okta Administrator credentials to access this page.

 

If you are authenticated via your Okta Administrator credentials and still see this message, please open a case with Okta Customer Support by calling:
