Hi,
Our team is facing issue while enabling the API Integration for Provisioning in OKTA with Application (ServiceNow).
We are continuously getting 504-error while enabling API integration, even after providing the correct credentials. Please help us in providing more insights, so that we can resolve this issue.

Assuming that your Base URL for the app is does not contain any typos (needs to be the full URL Ex: https://acme.service-now.com), I would check with Service Now as that type of error (504 - Gateway timeout ) is a direct response from their side to the Okta Authentication/Connection request for the API endpoints.
