wwbu5 (wwbu5) asked a question.
There used to be a password reveal button when the option has been enabled for the application.

But that option seems to be gone from the new UI. Has it been removed or is this a bug?

Hi @wwbu5 (wwbu5),
Thank you for posting on the Okta community Page!
I have done some research on my end in regards to this feature, and for the new UI, this functionality is still available.
Most probably, the settings of that specific app have been changed by an admin within your Okta organization, either by disabling the functionality for that specific app or by changing the configuration in such way that the feature is no longer available as described in the documentation provided by you.
I hope the above information is helpful!
Hi @flaviu.vrinceanu1.5628408972654734E12 (Customer Success Service Delivery) ,
Thank you for your answer.
But that's doesn't seem to be the problem. I am an Okta admin and the setting is enabled. That was the first thing I thought of as well. We have this problem for Microsoft Office 365 and based on feedback from colleagues it doesn't happen for all apps.
I've already tried to disable (and save) and re-enable (and save) the option to see if that does anything.
Also is there a way to create support tickets or are questions the way this is solved?
Hi @flaviu.vrinceanu1.5628408972654734E12 (Customer Success Service Delivery),
Can we have an answer here? We've researched all options in OKTA. Both being admin of our Gorilla account. This needs to be resolved asap as it blocks our processes.

Willem
Same issue here.
We only have one app that uses this feature and now everyone who uses this app is completely blocked.
I've created a support case, escalated the issue, and called Okta directly. The first response was that this would be "expected behavior". I have 60 engineers who can't do their job who would disagree.
+1 On this issue.
This is crucial functionality that appears broken at the moment. Any update on the matter?
