I have an issue with my account. I need to create some cases, but I'm limited with my account. Can you please help me to activate it in my profile? Kindly find below a screen of my dashboard.

If the account you used is not an administrator, this would be the reason for that option to be missing. I would recommend to re-login to the appropriate account and admin rights to see the cases options.

Hello @Paul S. (Okta, Inc.) , thanks for your support. I don't have the necessary privileges to be admin in this tenant (partner). But I used another tenant (dev) where I was Admin and it worked. Thanks again 😊 .
