The Okta Custom API Action card's connection failed in each of our 4 tenants today. This card has activity each day it would not be because of inactivity. To resolve I just grabbed the client id and secret from the corresponding Okta "Workflows OAuth" app.
Anyone know why all of these seem to fail at the exact same time?

I haven't seen that before... your Okta Custom API cards should maintain their connection unless the account that setup the connection gets suspended/deactivated, etc.
I'd submit a Support case so that they can investigate what is happening with your connection and see if there are any issues that need to be looked at.
