Is there a way to customize the complete registration page in the same way that we can customize the sign on page?

what do you exactly mean? As far as I know Okta uses the Sign-In Widget and there you can customize the registration part of the widget as well.
We did this heavily and created an own project for that. The output is a library we include in the okta hosted sign in page.
The lib allows us to create custom fields like checkboxes, radio buttons or even text fields with our styling.
So yes it is possible to customize the registration part. If you need more infos we can perhaps share our lib with you.
That's good to hear but currently I don't see any options relating to the registration part. I only see options to change what the sign in page looks like. For example, I'd like to add a favicon for my company, remove the forgot password question, add 2FA, and add our privacy policy click throughs.
