because in Okta setting, i can't find that. Please help me. Thank You

Thanks for posting.
As an alternative to end users manually installing Okta Verify on Windows devices, you can silently install it.
This document will help you with the installation process on Windows having both options MDM and MEM:

To install Okta verify on your MacOS devices, please notice that this can be done in two different ways, Allow end users to download it directly from the App Store or a server location that you set up. This approach makes sense if you don't have a device management solution. If you want to post Okta Verify to a private server location, download the app from the Okta Admin Console (Settings > Downloads).
