Hi
I am a Marsh employee with the domain mmcglobal.com for Okta.
I have an active OKTA account with 2FA activated on my "One Plus 6" device.
My device's motherboard has burnt & hence the device has closed permanently.
I am unable to reconfigure the 2FA in my new device.
Can you please help in re-configuring my new device for the same 2FA ?

Hi Hrishikesh Varde,
If you can login to the okta dashboard & if you have the right set of privilege you can reset your second factor otherwise you have to reach out your administrator to reset the second factor.
