Remove Self-Service options for unassigned groups

Hello!

I recently created a policy that allowed specific Okta groups to use the self-service function to allow the users to unlock their own accounts.

While the policy works great, some users who aren't a part of the specified groups that allow self-service are still being prompted with self-service. The self-service options do not work for those users but I prefer the option not shown at all to these users as to avoid confusion.

Is this possible? Thanks!

    Hi Kevan Basnayake ,

Check with Okta support to see if it can be turned off altogether. I'm not convinced it can. However, you may customise the text and URL for "Forgot password" and "Unlock account" in your admin UI by going to Customizations> Sign In page Code Editor. You can use this to direct your customers to a company-hosted page with information on how to seek help.
