We are integrating okta with our corporate federation service for mobile users. The team that allows users to access sites via mobile had to allow list the url for signing on, and it appears that the user authenticates, however, the dashboard doesn't load. The engineer I am working with on the mobile team needs to know what resources the dashboard calls to allow the dashboard to complete loading. How can I find out what these resources that aren't being loaded are?

This type of error may appear if the time is not syncing properly, you can use the steps below to verify if the app is properly synced.
Log in to the Access Gateway Admin UI console.
Select the Settings tab.
Select Advanced.
Verify that the time is correct.
If the time is not correct, click Resync.
Click the refresh button to refresh system time and verify that it is current.
Another possible issue is if you have made a sign-in- code change, you can check this going to Customization >> Sign-in page code editor >> Preview
We can verify this by simply hitting preview tab. It's showing a blank screen.
In that case, the solution would be Hit " reset to Default" So that okta can display the sign-in page with your custom url on the top.
