I got the same problem and I resolved it by synching the Date and time in settings.

    1. Go to Date and time settings, and select Add clocks for different time zones.
    2. Then click on the Internet time tab.
    3. Hit the Change settings button.
    4. Use the drop-down menu and select the time.nist.gov time server.

  • Hello @ai7ij (ai7ij),

    Thank you for posting.

This type of error may appear if the time is not syncing properly, you can use the steps below to verify if the app is properly synced.

    1. Log in to the Access Gateway Admin UI console.
    2. Select the Settings tab.
    3. Select Advanced.
    4. Verify that the time is correct.
    5. If the time is not correct, click Resync.
    6. Click the refresh button to refresh system time and verify that it is current.
    7. Test the application to determine if time is synchronized correctly.
