Setup OKTA and Github Team sync.
Hello,
I'm using Github Enterprise and I was able to setup SAML SSO with an organization.
After that, I'm trying to setup "Team sync" between Github Enterprise and Okta.
Following the instructions here:
- Generate a valid SSWS token with read-only admin permissions for your Okta installation as a service user. For more information, see Create the token and Service users in Okta's documentation.
I was able to generate a SSWS token but Github is getting a 401 (authentication issues).
How can I create a service user stated here?

Any tips on how to setup this?
