We have multiple clients that will be using Okta to sign in to our admin system. Is there a way to setup a different MFA per group (which equates to our client)?

This is possible by setting the various rules or configuring different sign on policy by navigating to Security > Authentication, then Sign On tab. Create new or edit existing Sign On policy. In the policy add the Group, you want MFA to be prompted. Then add a rule to your policy wherein you can set the conditions so as when MFA must be prompted.
