We have push groups in Okta with members
When we remove a member, it hasn't been reflecting in AD. It's not an AD issue, but seems more of an Okta issue. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Please let me know if I understand the issue that you are having: When you delete a user in Active Directory, it does not delete the user in Okta? Is this correct?

I'm having the same issue.
To Clarify:
We have group push linking Okta groups with corresponding, (pre-existing for us) AD groups.
When we update the Okta group to remove a user from an OKTA group, it is not removing that user from the AD group.
Yup, exactly the same issue. Have you gotten somewhere with it?
Same issue here for the last week or two. I have been having to "deactivate" the push group and then reactivate it. It will then push the update to AD. However, it is impossible to do this for ALL the groups, and now several memberships are incorrect in AD.
