I am using push groups to send our AD groups from OKTA into Box. This process seems to work ok, except the groups don't align with the number of members in AD\Push Group and on the Box side. Initial push adds the correct number of users but over time the numbers on the Box Side keep reducing. The groups are accurate in OKTA but not in Box. Any info would help. Thanks

Are you using the same AD group for the assignment and for Push group? If this is so, then this is not a recommended practice as per our documentation:
"Okta doesn't support using the same group for app assignment and Group Push. To maintain consistent group membership between Okta and the downstream app, you must create a separate group that's configured to push to the target app."

This could also be caused by the fact that you are using an AD group for group push, we would recommend to use an Okta group.
