HELP! I asked before can't get assistance..

I changed to I Phone 13 and I was trying to install slack and my work email on my phone. When I try and sign in to slack it prompt me to enter my work email and password on the Okta site it gives an error that my password is incorrect but it's not. IT has verified I am using the correct password as well as I have, I can get into my computer with that same password but I am not able to on my phone and we can't figure it out. I have Okta Verify on my phone, and this is what is throwing us. I tried to download Okta mobile but I have the same issue, it says my password is incorrect. I can't even get past the password to have the push sent.

    Check to make sure that:

    A) Your Device Time is set to Automatic

    B) You have a stable network connection
