I recently enabled SCIM on a custom app and while most lifecycle management option where there I noticed that Deactivation/De-provision wasn't an option?
The best documentation I could I could find on the issue was here (https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Apps/Apps_App_Integration_Wizard_SCIM.htm) but I reach out to vendor and they shared this bit Okta documentation(https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Provisioning/lcm/lcm-provision-application.htm).
The only reason I can think of why they would be different is that one is referencing OIN apps, while the other is referencing Custom apps. Could you please confirm if one that is correct and two Custom apps with SCIM enabled can't Deactivation/De-provision only create and update users.

The deletion or deprovisioning of end-user profiles in SCIM operations depends on whether Okta or your SCIM application functions as the source of truth for user profile information.
