Is there a way to see the expiration date on my Okta license from the admin portal?

Thank you for posting your question in our community portal, the licenses can be viewed and managed from the Applications tab in your Okta Admin dashboard, under the list of Assignments. From the left panel you can either choose People or Groups to view and/or manage license from an application in Okta. if you're looking for an active license count that you're under contract for, reach out to your account rep.
