Hello, we have been using Okta to access Salesforce via SAML. Our current MFA methods include SMS and Security Question.
Salesforce is now requiring MFA using their authenticator which does not allow for SMS or Security Question. Does this change only apply to organizations that have been logging in to Salesforce directly?
Since we are already using Okta SSO with MFA, do we need to change the Okta MFA method?
Could someone offer clarification on this?
