First my question is: separate org does that mean entirely separate Okta account? For example if my org url is dev-compant-1.okta.com can I configure some how test enviriment and use dev-compant-1-test.okta.com on the same Okta account, or I need to create new account with new org?
Secondally, can I with Okta build something like user's pool for multi tenant purpose (use the same user's emails on different environments).
