Hi,

I have a 3rd party vendor setting up a RADIUS Network and we want to integrate it with OKTA.

They’re having issues getting it to work properly and they would like to talk directly with OKTA to determine why?

How do I make them authorized to speak on my behalf?

    Hello @ni307 (ni307)

    Good Afternoon

I believe that a good approach to your scenario its to create one support case and involve all the parties in one meeting to determine the possible causes of your problem and the best way to resolve it, below you can find the link that has all the contact numbers to reach our helpdesk team:

Please let us know if this was useful and allow you to solve your problem.

    Have a great day ahead

    Regards
