Facebook 2FA was deleted in My Okta Verify when setting up new Iphone
I set up my company and private facebook, with two factor authentication using okta. I have a new Iphone, the Okta verify app was transferred but not the Facebook application in it. Now I cannot access my Facebook anymore because I don't have access to the verification codes anymore. I do not have the restore codes. Facebook is unable to help me. How can I restore the Facebook application/verification in my Okta Verify app?

Thanks for posting.
It is necessary to reset the MFA so you can set it up again and regain access to your Facebook app.
-In the Okta Admin Console, navigate to Directory > People.
-Locate the user you'd like to reset MFA for.
-Select More Actions in the top right area of the User Profile:
-Once reset, the user will be prompted to re-enroll in your MFA policy the next time they log in.

If you don't have Admin access, please contact your IT Department to reset the Okta Verify.

Thank you very much for taking the time to answer my post and help me with my problem. I sent your instructions to our Admin but just received a call that resetting the MFA is not the solution. This works when I have a new phone normally, but in this case the Facebook set up in Okta was lost when transferring the informatiom from the old phone to the new one. They cannot restore this without the original phone (which already got fully deleted). I am afraid only Facebook will be able to help me but they're impossible to reach.
