We have our first enterprise customer using Okta SSO going live this week. We submitted our app for approval via the Okta Developer portal a few weeks ago but have heard nothing back (including even a confirmation of receipt). Any guidance on navigating the approval process or getting anyone from Okta engaged in any capacity?

The submission review process begins after you click Submit for Review in the OIN Manager (opens new window). Okta sends you an email notification that your integration is now queued for review by the Okta OIN team, along with a date by which the initial review should be completed as it is stated in the link below:
