Client Traveled Overseas, Unable to Login`

Client was able to log into all MS apps before traveling overseas.

 

When client landed, he was unable to login (SMS loop).

Logs show: "Send second factor auth SMS success"

 

10 seconds later log shows

 

"Authentication of user via MFA succcess"

Same time stamp, immediately following last;

"User login to Okta success"

"Verify user identity success"

Two seconds later;

"User single sign on to app success"

 

This is the loop. Both web based MS suite and desktop apps.

 

We briefly had success and client was able to use OWA, but 2-10 minutes later we are back into the loop.

 

Any ideas would be most appreciated.

    @User1630084475226778771 (Customer)​ , One of our customer had same trouble with SMS while traveling out of country. I think best option to mitigate this issue, change the MFA Factor type like Okta verify or email during his/her travel.
