    Hope you are referring attribute value. yes you can import attribute value for existing users. You have to do exact match of login (Username) for existing user, any changes or addition will be considered as updates/changes.

    Here you go..

    1. Login to Admin console --> Expand Directory and Click on People
    2. Click on More action and select Import users from CSV

    1. You can download the template from Import users from CSV
    2. Fill the information and upload,

    Note:Ensue the login/username exact matches in CSV file for those ids which getting updates. Screenshots enclosed for reference.

    Yes, Best method to use username. You may get error like "An object with this field already exists in the current organization" if you use email id.
