    Those types of issues are usually caused by the Desktop SSO server is using a self-signed certificate, OR the name specified in the certificate's Common Name or SAN field does not match what is entered in the IWA redirect URL field in the Okta Admin Console's On-Prem Desktop SSO configuration page.
