    It is possible to import one user only if this has been recently created or updated. To meet this goal you can check the instructions below: 

     

    Import Active Directory users on demand 

     

    Manually import Active Directory (AD) users when new users are added or removed, or their information changes. 

     

    1. In the Admin Console, go to Directory > Directory Integrations > Active Directory

     

    1. Click the Import tab. 

     

    1. Click Import Now

     

    1. Select an import type: 

     

    • Incremental import — Only imports AD users that were created or updated since your last import. Matching rules are only evaluated on these users. This is the type of import performed by scheduled imports. 
    • Full import — Imports all new and existing AD users. Matching rules are evaluated on all unconfirmed users. This is the type of import that occurs the first time you integrate Okta with AD. Deleted users and users moved out of the Organizational Unit (OU), are deactivated in Okta only during full imports. 
    1. Click Import

    AD users are imported and a summary of the number of imported users and groups appears. 

    1. Click OK
