We have integrated Salesforce to out OKTA SSO. The PC App works fine, but if a user tries to connect to the Salesforce App on the Okta Mobile, the interface defaults to Salesforce Classic with no option to switch to Lightning.

It looks like this application problem is not okta related instead it seems this mode is not fully supported in IOS, you can use the link below to verify and confirm the information provided:
