Salesforce login through OKTA defaults to Lightning interface on PC but Classic on Okta Mobile

We have integrated Salesforce to out OKTA SSO. The PC App works fine, but if a user tries to connect to the Salesforce App on the Okta Mobile, the interface defaults to Salesforce Classic with no option to switch to Lightning.
