I received a letter today in the snail mail to update my email address so I can receive electronic notices. But to inform of my email address, it tells me to login to myBenefits US on my Okta dashboard.
I do not have an Okta dashboard. How do I get connected?
I did create an account with Okta, but I cannot seem to connect with Verisk or Businessolver, Inc.
I am concerned and want to be able to pay electronically through my bank, but how do I connect with the right place? I am lost for now.
Might you please help me to get connected and in the right place? I would be very grateful. I am the surviving spouse of RM Quin, who worked for ISO, which was bought out by Verisk.

Dear Margaret,
Given the mail was from Verisk (or Businessolver?), I would suggest you to contact Verisk directly for instructions. The myBenefits US sounds like an application deployed in Okta org but managed by Verisk or Businessolver Inc.
It is likely that as a member of Verisk and/or Businessolver Inc., you might have an account to log into their websites and have access to the application via Okta dashboard. They should be able to provide you more information on this.
